Order Cancellation before shipment:

In the event that you need to request for cancellation of the item(s) that is not shipped, you can write to us at sales@arvensaaorganic.com within 12 hours from the time you placed the order.

After receiving cancellation request, your order will be cancelled and we will be initiating refund of money within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us and the time takes your bank to process our refund request will be 5 to 10 business days or later.

Order Cancellation post shipment:

No cancellation request will be approved, if you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped or which has already been handed over to the courier/shipping company on our end. For any information, please get in touch with our Customer Support team on sales@arvensaaorganic.com.

Cancellation due to following will only be acceptable for refund in store credit. We would always try to arrange a replacement if available.

 - The product is faulty/damaged on arrival or is not of acceptable quality; it should be informed via email on sales@arvensaaorganic.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear images.
